 - remove does_block influence points if the move's a sacrifice.
 - attack_either improved (a bit).
 - break_through_helper improved.

attack_either and the does_block change in move_reasons.c fix
a few problems:  trevora:220,230 and a couple others.

break_through_helper used to incorrectly give a WIN when there
was an easy defense (the problem was it didn't give O a chance
to back off trying to capture, and just return CUT rather than
WIN).  This fix reduces some matches in owl reading.
