Perhaps it made a core file, in which case can you load it in GDB
and get a back trace from that?

I'm replaying the game with 3.0.0 in case it is a persistent caching
problem.

I reconstructed the game as follows, removing the first off board B[zj]
and adding the 9 stone handicap. The final position is actually a good
semeai problem for GNU Go. Black should play B9 to make seki.
