This patch makes the attack_either function in reading.c slightly less
stupid.  Now it tries all four possible ataris if both groups have only
two liberties.

The only regression change (as of first two batches) is

trevora:220 PASS

I'm not at all sure why this passed, but it seems very likely that double
attacks are relevant to the position.  Instead of B6, it plays D7.  I
think that D7 is actually as much of a problem as B6 (sequence B C4, W B5,
B E4, W D3, B E7 looks problematic).

Anyway, this seemed a reasonable and simple way to begin to address the
FIXME for attack_either.  It probably makes things go slower, but I doubt
by much.
