[gnugo-devel] New joseki patterns

This patch adds two new patterns as joseki.  These are shapes that can
arise in variations.

Both occur after a non-joseki opening in
gnugo-3.3.11-photo-200211020656.sgf.

I believe q14 should be at c11, and that if circumstances in the lower
right were different, it would be good idea to fix up shape with K3.

I'm running regressions now, but I don't expect any breakage.
