Trevor *does* have these problems if we mistakenly check in a .dsp
or .dsw file that is missing the carriage returns at the end of
line. The versions in the cvs have these.

When I check these files out, I get DOS style CR LF at the end
of line.

I'm puzzled by this comment in the CVS documentation that
you found, asserting that the files are stored in the repository
with line feed only. This seems untrue. But it seems to me that
the problem is with your cvs client.
