[gnugo-devel] CVS

[bump]

I see the web page is not getting updated with the web
CVS. The Savannah homepage claims the problems they've
been having were fixed last Friday, but maybe this isn't
the case.

I updated the test results and made a CVS tag rel-3-3-18-pre-2.

See regression/BREAKAGE for details. I trust that most of
the many unexpected FAILS are new tests.
