It works for me; the URL should be
http://evand.rh.ncsu.edu/~evand/gnugo/regress.plx?niki:14

Hmm... I looked at the html, and Trevor's setup.  It appears the link is
to '?niki:14', which I would think would drop the regress.plx part; I
don't know why it works on my browser and not yours.  Trevor has is set up
so that regress/?niki:14 is the correct address; anyone know how to
configure Apache like that?
