[gnugo-devel] Cosmic patch

[bump]

I've put up a revision of Stephane's patch called
stephane_3_22.1c.

This makes COSMIC_GNUGO a configure option, disabled by default.
This change is required before we can consider the patch.

It also undoes the change to EXPLICIT_LOOP_UNROLLING. Other
than that, and the fact that the definition of COSMIC_GNUGO is
moved to config.h there are no changes from the patch stephane_3_22.1b.

If you:

configure --enable-cosmic-gnugo

you get the cosmic version.
