nope, it still well coded. I thinkg it would be great SW even on reasonanble HW. To train it SupeCOmputer is needed

Google's AlphaGo strength is the supercomputer, not the way it's coded. To achieve such a result a supercomputer is needed.

A 10-20 computer farm with high-speed network is needed. If the network is high-speed it can qualify as a supercomputer.
