... is, again, an issue with wx.lib.pubsub being used inside
pyInstaller packages on Windows.

Since neither wxPython nor pyInstaller are likely to
conceptually fix this any time soon we have decided to
completely rip out use of wx.lib.pubsub (doing which,
technically, is a shame). We've packaged version 1.1.9 which
has been released today. Expect Windows packages soon. They
work according to our testing.
