I have looked into the FreeDiams prescription issue. This is
something that needs to be fixed in the GNUmed code.

That's right - at least when one is using a version later
than 0.5.4. Both 0.6 and 0.7 have changed the XML and thus
will not currently import properly. This will be fixed.
