I assume you are talking about services ? The application side
of the business objects should look homogenous while the
backend side sits on the various services. IOW, there may be a
business object "Clinical Record" from which a client can
uniformly request a list of external reports for a patient or
a list of diagnoses. The client only talks to the "Clinical
Record" while the "Clinical Record" talks to both the
"clinical data" service and the "external reports" service.

So it seems that basically three XML-RPC servers are needed:

- demographics
- clinical record
- administration

plus the various non patient-specific ones:

- core
and
- drugref
- clinref
- coding (should this be part of clinref ?)
