Just checked in that widget. Does not do anything yet besides accepting input. Will be hooked up to the backend soon (hopefully). The save button at the bottom may go away eventually. This plugin is intended for unstructured free-text clinical notes input. Data is going to be stored in the table clin_note on the backend. To make sure it is loaded edit your plugin load order configuration. The plugin is called gmSingleBoxSoapPlugin. This can now be done quite conveniently with Hilmar's option browser. Comments please.
