I really must take issue with this because that is exactly what must go into 
the medical records. As has been previously pointed out, if a person has been 
immunized at another practice, that must become part of our medical record, 
in the same way that past history items e.g Myocardial Infarct 1980, becomes 
a part of the patients medical history.

Without the ability to enter this, and here we were talking about 
immunizations particularly, we cannot be safe and accurate in our management 
of the patient.

With regard to date unknown - a null date field is effectively date unknown.
