Thanks Jim for your feedback.

I am actively working on a new version. You are right this rtf thing is very confusing...
This new version will be a .dmg (disk image) containing applescripts to configure/launch database and a double-clickable application.
I will also update the doc as you suggested.

It will take a little time because there are some problems (mainly in the applescripts) for which I need help from my brother (who is good at programming).
