I have on several occasions had this scenario: You presented
some code, I was unable to understand it due to a) lack of
formal CS knowledge, b) very high-level genericity of your
concepts. I have usually come away with the feeling that your
code concept is likely desirable and elegant had I understood
it. Over time I wrote code for some of the areas you have been
working on and eventually went "Aaah ! That's what he was
doing !" I have tried to attribute drawing ideas from your
code even if I only arrived at similar ideas later on and
perhaps in a different form.

I am actually amazed you stick around with us. That's good.
