[Gnumed-devel] improving bug exception handler

Hello!

I manually sent Rogerio's bug report but I see it didn't create new bug
ticket.

Considering that the size of the log was quite big and that I got
confirmation there is size-limit at LP, my suggestion is that the
present exception handler has to be improved to modify bug-report as
follows:

Subject - remaining the same

Body: to include only user's comment + stuff to be recognized by LP,
i.e.

"Report sent via GNUmed's handler for unexpected exceptions.

user comment : :) first 0.3.2 bug ?? - In production I was closing the
consult and when I clicked again at my Health Issue for the same episode
this appeared, seems everything was saved and edited as my needs seem
fit, I did alter some of configuration files, so I will send them too.

system account: rogerio
staff member  : Dr.Rogerio Luz (RogLuz = rogluz)
sender email  : Rogerio

 affects gnumed
 tag automatic-report
 importance medium



The rest, i.e. log file should be attached to the email as, according to
LP's help: 'The attachment must have its content-disposition set to
"attachment" and not "inline".'
