Yeah. But GNUmed can be told to write to a certain location. It could even 
test for the platform and handle things differently if on win32. I believe 
the only issue here is to tell gnumed not to make a directory .gnumed 
in /home/user or Windows equivalent but under a specified path. Which should 
be possible if we require that path to be within the gnumed subdirectory 
under windows or any path that is writeable by any windows user.
