I added (under First Steps) a new item and topic Basic Usage Tips.

The usage tips could be general but I was aiming them mainly to know  
how best to use whatever is the current of the client, so I am less  
sure whether to actively maintain changes or simply to periodically  
pull together the observations into (sort of a)

	this is how to use client X.Y.Z pending possible improvements in  
X.Y.Z+1
