How then would be represented the active letter  "m" for the menus

"current medication" 

and

"Manage master data"

when (in the second case) it is the lower-case "m" that is underlined. It also has me wondering whether lower-case letters which descend below the baseline (g j p q y) pose a problem to be shown as underlined?
