There is no dead simple point and click wxwidgets editor but wxglade will do 
the job.

Start it and take a look. You can start by designing some dialogs for 
yourself. While those are more like mockups and do not really function the 
make a great base for discussion.

As a next step you can load some of the existing files which are stored in the 
CVS.

Just ask. What you are in for is a slow but rewarding process.
