Can the results of a Report query be outputted (say, by the addition  
of an "Output" button), to a csv-formatted file?

Also would that output be able to preserve the column headings, if  
not the query itself?

Part of what I am thinking is that praxes will require or desire to  
be able to run statistics on such things as patient lists in order to  
enable projects that involve workers outside the praxis, another  
example being visit loads (for example for local population service  
levels) and these need to be able to be gotten "out" of GNUmed.
