Yeah, I always disliked that.

I wouldn't make it that verbose, but the URL may be fine. I
do think it helpful, however, to display software, version
thereof, exact form template and ideally the version therof.
We currently do so, except for the template version - which
failed due to quoting issues of the $ sign. To solve that
we'd need an in-LaTeX way of TeX-escaping a string.
Oha, or else, wait, we can hand that task to GNUmed via a
placeholder ;-)
