You would put it at the beginning of "Médication".

It tells wxPython which letter to use as the hotkey when
activating this menu item with the keyboard. In this case it
will be <ALT-M>.

So this is not a translation error that needs to be fixed in this case but 
rather a specical character that needs to be preserved but can be moved around 
to specify the hotkey.
