Suppose after inputting a fake

        Unknown MMR vaccine

details would later be obtained. Presumably the above "fake" vaccine entry
could have been used for other patients, so it would be wrong to edit the name
of

Rather, "Unknown MMR vaccine" should be kept for possible future re-use for
other patients. So let us suppose that for the current patient, one wishes to
input the known information, say it was "Immravax" ... the user would

        delete from the patient's vaccinations
                Unknown MMR vaccine

create (if it did not yet exist) and add
                Immravax

Will GNUmed allow a vaccination record to be created without a batch number?
