I went to 'add' (for drug). then 'manage' next to substance field. There press 
'new'. In that widget type substance e.g. rabeprazole (it should in the future

in ATC code press '*' or type 'rabe' and select the atc code.

then press 'drugs' and create a new drug 'razo' and hit ok.

then leave the drug creation widget.


to add the drug to the medication list.

in the 'add substance'  (see beginning) enter 'rabe' in component field, fill 
in the other fields and hit ok.

It will refresh the medication list.
