Hm, OK, how would I do that ?

There's (theoretically) an arbitrary number of coding
systems to chose from (practically it'll be more like 10-15)
with - ATM - there being explicit support for

        ATC
        ICD 10
        ICD 9
        LOINC
        ICPC
        OPS (ICMP)

(which list can fairly easily be enhanced) and a catch-all

        OTHER_SYSTEM

which sort of supports arbitrary coding systems.
