Since get_variant_current_meds() is getting data via
emr.get_current_substance_intake() which is delivering
cSubstanceIntake instances which in turn map
clin.v_pat_substance_intake rows we can access - within the
line template - any column thereof.

But I admit those are arcana of the implementation :-)
