In case you tried something different, what seems to work nicely for Drug and
Regimen is the alignment {|X|X|} as in
\noindent \begin{tabularx}{\textwidth}{|X|X|}
...
\end{tabularx}
Can the above be coded into the placeholder? (BTW for the Allergy placeholder,
I formatted it left, left, X:
{|l|l|X|}
