[GNUnet-developers] Case-insensitive searches

Hi,

these lines can be found in the Changelog:

We changed pretty much everything in the database format
for 0.5.3 for any database type.  The only sane solution is

# rm -rf .gnunet/data/afs/
---

This is a great opportunity to switch from case-sensitive to
case-insensitive searches, perhaps by adding a tolower()-conversion of
keywords to gnunet-insert and gnunet-search.
