If the peers have private IP-Addresses (192.168.0.0/16 or
10.0.0.0/255.0.0.0) assigned, the "BLACKLIST = "-entries in gnunet.conf need
to be adjusted, too.

To gnunet-dev:
Why isn't the block 172.16.0.0/12 (private class B) blacklisted by default?
