extensions library and FOUNDATION_LIB

Hi,

I try to compile extensions but it fail:
NSException.m: In function `-[NSException(Extensions) errorString]':
NSException.m:79: `reason' undeclared (first use in this function)

I think this is because GNUSTEP_BASE_LIBRARY is not defined (used in 
NSException.m).

It seems to be configured in Makefiles/common.make (ifeq 
($(FOUNDATION_LIB),gnu) but I don't know how it find which
foundation lib to use.

Any idea ?
