Define NSFileHandlingPanel*Button to equal NS*Button -- OpenStep does not
even have the former, and specifies that NSSavePanel returns the latter.
This way, both can be accurate, because they are the same thing.
The distinction is way silly, and if the values are different it's not
just silly, but brain-damaged, deliberate, incompatibility.
