[patch] Draw a dot in the AppIcon when hidden

Hi,

I attached a small patch to gnustep-gui 0.9.2 that implements the 
behaviour required by the OPENSTEP specification that an AppIcon should 
add a dot to the lower left corner while the application is hidden.
