This is known for several month but until now nobody has a proposed
schedule.  If asked several people involved in this and I
didn't got any answer. The WG list is also quite for some weeks.

The next IETF meeting is in August and I have some doubts that the
OpenPGP testing will happen prior to the IETF meeting :-(
