The cvs may have been unusable for some time, because a lot of parallel
changes occured.

This file (pkix_asn1_tab.c) is included in the cvs. The makefile
shouldn't try to create it. (try touching them)

This is like you didn't install opencdk (or an older version is
present). If you don't want opencdk support remove libopencdk library or
comment HAVE_LIBOPENCDK in config.h.
