    gpsd.h: MAX_PACKET_LENGTH 516 -> 9216
    
    The u-blox UBX-RXM-RAWX packet can be 8214 bytes long!  Round up
    to 1024 * 9.  This should not have been failing silently...
    
    Surprise, this fixes a problem in the NEO-M9P regression...
