Yo All!

The NMEA mode of SiRFstarV now reports the correct sats used.

NMEA keeps getting tortured more and more to handle the new
constellations...   Almost always best to use native binary mode.

All regression tests pass.  If you have a SiRFstar IV or V, please test.
