Hi Gary,

I have to use the Desktop installation not the Chrome one.

Anyway... I found the problem:

gegps looking for (and manages also) the NMEA sentence HDT for the heading.

If the sentence is missing it crashes

I commented out and modified the lines that refer to the heading

now it works

Now there is another problem... but I will introduce a new  argument.
