Yes, but.

The CPU in the GNSS receiver is not the fastest thing in the world.
Then, at a port speed of 38,400 it takes a while to send that info
to your system.  By then  the data is a bit old.

If you want to know where youre NOW, not part of a second a agp, then
you need to take your last velocities and computer your current
expected position.
