SIN, SOUT are the tx,rx pins.  but if you're unfamiliar with RS232 serial port challenges, I'd skip this route.

I have no idea which pins to connect

9 pin serial pinouts
1- DCD
2- SIN
3- SOUT
4- DTR
5- GND
6- DSR
7- RTS
8- CTS
9- RI

GNSS board has 5 pins
1- PPS
2- RXD
3- TXD
4- GND
5- VCC

So....I can probably work out GND but I'm lost from thereon 😊
