* tmac/tmac.arkup: Added .LINE macro.  Some formatting.

* Makefile.in: Added $(tmac_m) again since the Makefile in `mm'
expects this variable.


* doc/Makefile: Added instructions to create HTML and text
versions of some files.

* tmac/tmac.arkup: Added fixes so that .FTP and .MAILTO works
better resp. correctly with non-HTML devices.
