gbranden pushed a commit to branch master
in repository groff.

commit f39e9e836bb3e58f1c6bc7055842c43da864b80f
Author: G. Branden Robinson <address@hidden>
Date: Wed Nov 8 13:01:32 2017 -0500

man pages: Replace `asymmetric quotation style'.

Replace `text' in comments with 'text' (usually).

Replace `text' in roff input with \[lq]text\[rq].

    man/groff_tmac.5.man:
    * Replace `text' in commented-out roff input with \[oq]text\[cq] in
parallel with nearby uncommented roff input using the same glyphs.

    Also:

    contrib/groffer/groffer.1.man:
    * Note a false claim in a comment.
