tbl(1): Make minor style fixes.
* src/preproc/tbl/tbl.1.man:
+ Use singular form for possibly-repeated file argument.
+ Replace the lone use (in this page) of a font-change escape with an
input line connection escape to solve the three-face problem (sorry,
Ingo).
+ Use possessive form "macro packages'" where needed.
+ Fix comma splice with an em-dash.
+ Add backslash to botched character escape.
