1.12 is out since today.  I've asked address@hidden to mirror it from the
FFII site.  If this has happened, I can widely announce it.

OK, thanks a lot for your work!  Here some small comments.

.  Maintainers are Ted Harding <address@hidden> and I.
   He is the specialist for user questions...

.  I suggest you add a link to groff's home site (ftp.ffii.org) --
   maybe it is better to directly point to the .tar.gz file instead to
   the directory?

.  There are some problems with the HTML version of the README and
   NEWS file.  Closing parentheses, full stops, etc. have a space in
   front of it (due to missing mail addresses) which cause very bad
   line breaks.  This should be fixed.
