I started a new macro package. It is meant to provide a better
formatting scheme for the FHS and related papers.
dbook implements a small subset of DocBook's doctype `book'. It is
designed as a wrapper around the mm macro package.
It should be relatively easy to construct a conversion program for
DocBook later on.
