I put the package on my perso site:

The site is in french, but the doc coming with it (.tar.gz) is in english
I'm going to talk about it in the forum devoted to groff.
This is the fully usable version. Waiting for reported bugs.

I'm not going to talk about it in the mailing list, until the second version
is ready (with more features)
