Well, fancy that! And thank you for it, because I have indeed used
it! (Nowadays, though, I mainly use gnuplot as the plotting display
for 'octave', and program 'pic' output directly from 'octave'; or
else just output a data file and use "copy file thru ... " in 'pic').
But it's a pleasure to make contact with the person who wrote it
... and that must have been a good while ago, because gnuplot has
had the 'pic' terminal ever since I can remember!
