Thanks, I haven't got around to going through my bookcase yet but all
his seven books are now there.

All the other suggestions aren't lost, just cooking slowly.  The page
looks more colourful now, with lots more book covers, although some are
still missing.

Anyone know of a publication that isn't a paper or a computing book
done using troff?  Perhaps a journal?
