Very simplistically, it essentially runs grog on the file to determine
the groff command to process it, runs that command, uses gxditview to
look at the output, and cleans up the temporary output file.

It's meant to be a `no-brainer' way to view a troff source file and can
be found, along with a man page explaining more, under contrib/groffer.
